LOGIS CONSULTORES S.A.S., a commercial company identified with NIT 900.584.231-8, with main office at Calle 98 # 18-71, Office 101, Bogotá D.C., Colombia, phone +57 (601) 673 9404 and contact email info@logisconsultores.com.co, in compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, hereby brings to the attention of its clients, suppliers, employees and web users this Information Treatment and Personal Data Protection Policy.

2. Purposes of Data Treatment

The personal data collected through our website and contact forms will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:

Manage and respond to requests for information, quotes and commercial proposals for professional services in audit, fiscal auditor, payroll outsourcing and business consulting.

Formalize contractual relationships and execute professional engagements entrusted by clients.

Send newsletters, tax updates and corporate communications of interest when the data subject has given voluntary consent.

Comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations imposed by control authorities in Colombia.

4. Channels for the Exercise of Habeas Data Rights

To exercise their rights of consultation, update, rectification or deletion, the data subject may send a formal communication to the email address info@logisconsultores.com.co or by physical correspondence to our main office in Bogotá D.C. Consultations will be addressed within a maximum term of ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days.

Logis Consultores S.A.S. implements the necessary technical, human and administrative measures to provide security to the records and avoid their alteration, loss, consultation, use or unauthorized access. All personnel assigned to data processing are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
