The data is used to send proposals, execute fiscal auditor, audit and payroll settlement engagements, as well as to send regulatory information of interest.

Queries and claims filed by data subjects will be addressed within the terms established by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
